Reduction of Amount Despite Card Being Removed

Hi!
Last year I purchased a plan and then requested refund as I did not want that any more. I got my refund though, and I unsubscribed myself and removed my card.Today, I saw an email from wordpress with a receipt of $13. I would like to know why this is happening. I have again requested a refund and unsubscribed myself.
Please ensure this doesn’t happens again. And despite of removing my card details why its still there with you? I am concerned now about the security issues!

Hi there,
Looking at your account records, you bought a domain mapping last year on 23 July and cancelled it the same day.
Then you bought a new domain mapping upgrade on 24 July, and it’s this new upgrade that automatically renewed.
I see you have already cancelled it, and I’ve just issued a refund as well. Right now there is no longer any upgrade on your account, so you won’t be charged again unless you add a new upgrade.
