Reecent comment box truncates text of actual commenbt

  comment is truncated to one line. this means only the identity of commenter and tag line are shown, with no actual comment appearing. How can the recent comment box be made big enough to show all the comment?

  Hi there,

  I just took a look at your site and the Recent Comment widget is showing a comment from “Anonymous” in it’s entirety. Is this still showing as being truncated for you?

  Since I could not get Recent Comments to work in the way that I wanted, I created a Text box, called it Comments, and manually pasted the full text of the comment into it. I suppose I can continue to do this. Do you have another suggestion, or should I just continue as I am doing? Thanks. Sent: Sunday, August 17, 2014 at 7:18 AM

  I’m so sorry! You are quite right. The recent comments widget is indeed only designed to show the name of the person who submitted the comment and a link to that post. There isn’t any way to make it display the entire comment.

  Again, I’m terribly sorry for the bad response earlier!
