  En conversación con Tish B. de wordpress el dia 17 de Marzo quedamos en que me reembolsarían el cargo a mi tarjeta porque el servicio no es lo que yo esperaba, pero el reembolso nunca llego, ¿con quien lo puedo consultar?

  Hi there,

  Was this for the premium upgrade for $99. I checked under your account and see that the refund was processed on our end of March.

  You should’ve received the refund between 7-10 business days after the 17th. if you can recheck your statements and make sure that nothing processed on your end.

  If you still don’t see anything, I will report this internally and see if we can figure out what happened.
