Reembolso no efectuado

  Hola, el 9/11 wordpress realizó el cobro adelantado de la anualidad. Hablé con un representante de ustedes para solicitar el reembolso ya que deseo cerrar mi página wordpress. Luego de llenar un link que se me solicitó esperé el tiempo prudente para dicho reembolso pero aún no se ha efectuado. Solicito asistencia para lograr esto

  It sounds like you are still waiting on a refund, is that correct?

  I have processed a $13 refund for you. This could take up to 7 business days from today to process into your account. If there is a further delay I suggest getting in touch with your bank to inquire about any delays on their end.

  Hello, Thank you Liz. I ask for this refund on november 9th, so, for this reason I thought the recount was ready, but not.
