REEMBOLSO UPGRADE

    No dia 4/10 solicitei o cancelamento de um Upgrade para o site de nome pulpitoonline.
    Me enviaram um email confirmando o cancelamento e que iria receber o reembolso em até 7 dias e não aconteceu. Até hoje não recebi este reembolso.
    Gostaria de saber o que está faltando para me reembolsarem visto que esta bem claro que vocês devolvem o dinheiro e eu fiz o upgrade e cancelei no mesmo dia.

    I do see in our records where your Premium upgrade was purchased, cancelled and refunded all on October 4th. We would expect you to see the refund on your credit card by this time.

    As a first step, can you please contact your credit card company (for the card you used to purchase) and confirm with them they received the charge and not the refund? Since you paid with credit card this would all appear on the card’s statement.

    In the meantime I will also be happy to contact our payment team to make sure there were no other errors on our side.

    Please let me know what your bank or credit company says regarding the charge and refund.

    Hi again!

    I’ve heard back from Paypal, through whom the refund was processed. According to both their records and ours, the refund went through to your credit card without issue.
