Reenable purchases

Please re-enable the purchases. I have been trying to upgrade multiple times but the system is letting me to do it. This is for a website for my mother in India and I am helping her from the UK.
It will be very helpful if you could kindly resolve this issue

Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
You can also send an email directly to
billingsupport (at) wordpress (dot) comif you prefer that.
