  Hi there. Unfortunately I have to cancel my premium subscription and domain mapping. It has been within the 30 days but when I clicked the option it said I’d only get a partial refund of AUD $17 despite having paid $129. Do you know why this is? Thanks :)

  The remaining $17 was for the domain mapping to bessiebeefit.com that you added as part of WordPress.com Premium. Do you wish to keep your site mapped to bessiebeefit.com? If not, let me know. I can go ahead to remove it and refund you the entire amount.

  Absolutely, you map your domain back to WordPress.com at any time you wish. :) I’ve gone ahead to remove your upgrades for now and have issued a full refund to you. Please bear in mind that it can sometimes take a few days for a refund to process and appear on a statement.
