  Hi, I would like to have http://www.rutsoka.wordpress.com as my domain name but it’s giving me an option with digits i.e. rutsoka11328.wordpress.com. Is it possible to get the one I want?

  It looks like rustoka.wordpress.com already belongs to your account. Click on the My Sites option in the upper left hand corner to find it. Write back if more help is needed.
