Hi there,
Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host migrate.cartwatt.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting.
Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at cartwatt.com. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.
You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, but as it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere.
In this case I would hope that your hosting provider may be able to help in this instance. I recommend contacting cartwatt.com for further assistance since they are in the best position to help.
Hoping that points you in the right direction!

Hey there,
Many thanks for reaching out.
Q1: If i embed html code from canva to wordpress? Will the animated slide looks like this which contain dark area? Is it possible to resize the animated image to full width or any prefer custom sizing.
That Canva code uses an iframe, so in order to use this code, the site would need to be on WordPress.com’s Business plan.
Q2: Can i upload GIF file into wordpress? Is this GIF file working in wordpress?
Yes it is possible, and yes it would work if loaded into WordPress.com. :)
Q3: Does woo commerce plugin included in Personal $4 wordpress hosting package?
It’s only possible to use the WooCommerce plugin on the business plan and higher.
Q4: Is there any premium tech support for wordpress website which is not hosted within wordpress.com?
Not really… This is what makes WordPress.com different from self-hosted WordPress, whereby with self-hosted WordPress, you really only have help from the free community forum, and theme and plugin developers. Hosting providers have an obligation to reducing downtime, but often that’s as far as it goes. More can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
With installed third party themes and plugins, we’ll do our best to help outside of those forums, but there would be instances whereby we would not be able to help – and we would track down where you need to go, and give you the information you need to fix whatever it may be. These chapters here, explain our scope of support in more detail: https://wordpress.com/support/?s=scope%20of%20support
But with things like embedding content – we can definitely help with that. :)
It looks like you need the business plan to host with WordPress.com, and it’s actually possible to migrate the site over as it currently is using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ which is a completely automated process:
I hope this helps and is useful advise. :)

Hi Support Team,
Thanks again for your reply. I just need to double confirm with you on html embedding which uses iframe.
HTML embed from canva which uses iframe does not work on Personal $4 package. Only works on Business $25 package & above. Am i right?
Is it because Personal package does not has the code that runs iframe?
-
Hi there,
That is correct – Iframes are only supported on plugin-enabled WordPress.com sites (sites that have the Business and eCommerce Plans) for security reasons. If you put the iframe on your post/page, only a hyperlink will be displayed. Certain tags on WordPress.com on non-plugin-enabled sites are restricted, including JavaScript, Flash, iframe, form, and input tags.
These restrictions are in place to prevent any disruptions in service due to potentially malicious code.
You can read more about this here:

Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!

Hi there,
I checked in your media library and I see the GIFs you uploaded. I also noticed there are rather small which is fine for testing purposes, but not an ideal size for use in your site layout.
I tested with another gif and is working except for this specific gif file. Appreciate if you can assist to check why this gif file does not works in my site.
One thing to be aware of is that a GIF is not exactly like other image files (JPGs and PNGs for example) in that it cannot be resized in WordPress. You can display it at the original size and it works fine, but you cannot resize the block (in your page layout) to make it larger.
That seems to be the case on your About page, where I see you attempted to add two GIFs, but resize them to fill the layout. This is not possible with GIFs however, so you will need to furnish large GIFs you can use at full size.
If you add your GIFs without resizing them though, they should work without issue.
Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
