REFERERS TO MY BLOG

  Can anyone clarify what it means when (looking at my Dashboard) I see that x number of people were refered to my blog by a named link? I’ve clicked on several of these only to see what seems to be a website and/or blog for a short time-frame, then only to be redirected to Yahoo search! What is happening here.
