Referral System for WooCommerce

    Hello
    I have been trying to get help for weeks on the issue I have with the WooCommerce Referral plug-in I purchase. It seems that every time I prepare a ticket, it does not get created and therefore nothing is done.

    I recently received an email to rate the plug-in. I’d prefer resolving the issue with you versus providing negative feedback about the plug-in and the ‘no response’ customer service.

    Please help. I’ve been wanting to apply this feature now for over 3 weeks.

    Hi there!

    I understand that you’re referring to this WooCommerce Referral plugin from Codup? While it falls outside our scope of support what I would recommend as a general guideline is to run a plugin conflict test following these steps. After this activate only WooCommerce, and the plugin to see if the issue reproduces. If it does, then the issue will need to be solved by the Codup support directly, if it doesn’t you might want to try activating plugins one by one and seeing which ones are causing the conflict.

    That being said, I see your site is hosted with Cloudflare / Godaddy rather than WordPress.com so I can only share some general guidelines and recommendations since we’re unable to access the site.
