referrer button-for-website

  My iPad app for wordpress shows 1 referrer from button-for-website for Jan 25, 2015. However, when I go to my laptop and go to my stats there for that same day, no referrers are recorded. Why the difference? And is there a way I can mark this referrer as spam on my iPad?

  In the past, I’ve make this referrer as spam. Why is it still showing up in my stats?

  Any help much appreciated!

  Anyone can visit any public blog. If you are getting spam comments then mark it as spam please.

  Marking spam referrers as spam referrers simply removes the reporting from your stats. It does not block them. The bottom line here is bloggers cannot block spam referrers on WordPress.COM hosted blogs.
