referrer vs visitor
-
Hi all, I understand that “referrers” count clicks from other websites referring to my WordPress blog. Then “visitors” should be individual visitors who visit one or more pages on my blog.
In my case, I today have 21 visitors, 28 referrers and 51 views.
What I do not understand is how referrers relates to visitors and views. How can I have more referrer views than visitors? Thanks for a hint :-)

Thanks Mindy,
interesting source, especially
The referrers section lists other blogs, web sites, and search engines that link to your blog. A view is counted as a referrer when a visitor of the other site clicks a link and lands on a URL of your blog
.
So if WordPress counts more Referrers than Unique Visitors, obviously the same Visitors found my blog via different links. Seems a bit strange to me… but ok.
