Referrers linking in from my personal Facebook page — how do I stop such a link

Hello Happiness Engineers! My handy dandy WordPress stats info has occasionally informed me that referrers have come to my blog by a link from my personal Facebook page. There should be no link between my personal Facebook page and my blog, which is not a personal blog, going either way. I do not want people being able to go to my personal Facebook page from my blog or to my blog from my personal Facebook page. So how do I stop this from happening in the future?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Speculation, but informed speculation: They’re not coming from YOUR page. They’re coming from Facebook profiles that are not on your friends list; someone has clearly posted a link to one or more of your posts on their own FB wall, and people are clicking through that to get to your blog. The reason it seems to come from your profile is, you can’t see their profile, so you’re getting diverted to your own profile.

Facebook does not forward to WordPress.COM where the link is from – so all you are seeing is “Facebook” – I get links from time to time from “Facebook” and I have no Faceplant account – so as @RC stated above – someone put a link to your site on their page / wall or what ever it is
