Referring blog hits for old blog from search engine, to new blog

I’ve had a general blog, http://christianrethinker.wordpress.com for some time now, and recently opened a topic-specific blog, http://biblicalpersonhood.wordpress.com/ I imported the entries on that topic to my new blog.

Search engines often send people to my old blog on that topic, but my new blog has more on the topic. What is the best way to send those people who find my old blog on this topic, to my new blog instead?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can use the site redirect upgrade and redirect your traffic from the old blog to the new one and it does a 301 permanent redirect, so the search engines will see that and start correcting all the links they now have. Typically that will take about 3 to 6 months.

Thank you. However, that upgrade seems to be for people who want to redirect all traffic from one site to another My old blog still exist, and has many entries that are not on my new blog (Different topics.) I want to redirect only the traffic that some blog posts (those on the new blog topic) get.

I am perfectly willing to do it manually, post by post filling the old post URL and new post URL into a form, But is there a way to do this?

There is no “Form” you can fill out, we can’t do automatic individual page redirects. The only thing I can think of is to do into the old Post on the old site – delete the content of a Post but NOT the whole Post, keep the title and then put a “this Post content has been moved to” with the new site Post URL that a visitor can be click on.
