  Hi, i’d got my anual recharge of $99 USD cause i forgot to cancel the service this year, however i canceled it by the one mont tolerance period, but i get the recharge in my card acount. Do i have to pay and then you’ll get my refound? how will you refound me?

  Hi there,

  As you cancelled within 30 days of renewal the full $99 has been refunded to you. It will take about a week for the refund to appear in your account, but you should see a receipt for the refund if you look at your billing history, here:
