First of all sorry my English. It is not my native language.
On 22nd of March I cancelled my WP Premium package. I had got an invoice about -86 USD which is correct.
I did not receive my money back yet. Need I do anything else to get back my money? Thank you very much.Kind regards,

Hi there,
Check if charges from either “WordPress” or “WPCHRG.com” is listed on your billing statement. If not then put a modlook tag in sidebar for getting staff’s attention to this thread.

I’ve processed the Jetpack refund of $3.50 and the remaining $13 for the domain mapping portion of the plan upgrade. You’ve now been refunded in full. It may take up to 10 days for the funds to reach you. At that time it is best to inquire with your bank about any delays.

Yes, everything has been refunded for you. These charges may come through in different installments. The total will be $102.50.

We processed a $99 refund on March 20th. I’ve asked for our payments team to take a look and verify that everything has processed through from our side.
Have you been in touch with your bank? They’ll be able to tell you when to expect the refund and also how it will be listed on the statement.
