Refresh connection to publicize post – message continues

I have a message to the right of my “edit post” blog draft that says, “Before you hit Publish, please refresh your connection to make sure we can Publicize your post: (then a link to connect with Facebook).” I’ve followed through on this several times but continue to see this message. How can it be removed or fixed? Thank you.
