  Can you please clear and refresh my site royalerecipes.wordpress.com
  because i messed up when trying to edit in customizing. i want to start afresh but using the same url

  You can do it yourself. Empty your site by deleting all of its contents- posts, pages, media etc.
  Follow this link for step by step description : https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  Once you empty your site, you can start build your site from scratch.

  I have the same issue but there is no bulk edit option in WP any more :-(
