  I want to know if/when RefTagger will work with wordpress.com blogs. I would really like to use it in my blog, and currently cannot.

  Hi there,

  The plugin RefTagger is not being actively developed for WordPress.org right now, which means that it is not likely to be included in WordPress.com. I did a search and there do not appear to be any plans to duplicate its functionality in WordPress.com at this time.
