Reftagger use on WordPress.com

I am greatly disappointed that wp.com does not allow the use of reftagger on its free blogs. I see that it CAN be incorporated at WordPress.org. I would like to add my vote (if a vote is ever considered worthwhile) to add reftagger functionality to available plugins for WordPress.com. I can see how having indiscrimate plugin use could be a problem. However, I cannot see why this arbitrary denial of an extremely useful plugin such as RefTagger, can be justified on its face.

Even after reading what you’ve posted, I still have no idea what this plugin does or why WordPress.com should consider including it.
It would be greatly appreciated if you can add that information and then I’ll tag this to have your post moved to the “Ideas” forum.

Not a clue about a replacement. We don’t use Plugin’s here and none of my sites deal with the bible, so no need for that functionality.
