  The refund is provided to the same method used at the time of purchase. It may take 5-10 business days or more in case of international refunds. Refer this support document for more details on Refunds.

  I am adding modlook tag for staff intervention. They are the ones who can further help you with the refund process and details.

  Are you referring to the Jetpack premium plan that was purchased for that site? That has not been refunded yet. Please confirm and I’ll process the refund for you.

  It will take about ten days to reach you depending on your bank’s processing times of course.

  Thanks for confirming — I’ve refunded the plan and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  As staff-zinnia mentioned, refunds can take up to 10 days to reach your account but you can expect the receive the money around that time.
