We processed and completed your refund on 2 November. You can see the receipt with a transaction ID from our payment processor here:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
If you haven’t received the refund yet, it means it’s still being processed on your bank’s end. Please follow up with your bank and provide them with that transaction ID so they can check for the refund on their system. If they need a ARN number, let us know and we can send you that via email.
