I have been charged twice for a service that have never used, could you please refund the both amounts.Cordially,

Hi Rebeca,
It is not possible for us to refund charges from 2017 and 2018. Our refund period for WordPress.com upgrades is 30 days, and while we can do late refunds in certain cases, it’s completely impossible for transactions as old as these – our payments processor has a hard limit on how long after a transaction it can be refunded, so the option to do this literally doesn’t exist for those two transactions.
