Our logs show we sent you two separate emails for the plan and domain refunds respectively, and a third email regarding the domain cancellation. If you didn’t receive those, they might have landed in spam, or one of the automated filters in Gmail.
I can confirm your refunds have been processed on our end, and you can also view the refund receipts in your billing history page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
