  I recently purchased the space upgrade for my blog however, I was unaware that I wouldnt be able to upload video files unless I purchased the videopress upgrade as well. I have decided to link directly to my YouTube channel because this is for a class assignment, not personal use so I cannot warrant spending the additional money for upgrades. Can you please inform me on how to cancel this upgrade and receive a refund?

  You must be logged in under the username account that purchased the upgrade to request cancellation or a refund. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. You can usually request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard
