I need a refund. I already had a domain registration here in WordPress, which was canceled, then when I buy the domain again, I put already had the domain, but I had not.
If you can activate the domain without cancel, it will be great.
Just remember, I’ve had this domain here, but was canceled by me.

So, it looks like you originally had purchased engenheirodofuturo.com at WordPress.com. You then cancelled that domain on 7/6/14. On 8/27/14, you then tried to purchase the domain again, but ended up with a mapping subscription instead of a domain registration.
When you cancel a domain, it is sent back to the registrar. The registrar decides when it will become available again for purchase. Currently, the domain engenheirodofuturo.com is not available for registration as shown by the information here:

The good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else. A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by the domain registry and is not one which we can waive.
I’ve sent a link to your email with a manual payment request.
The total price will be $98, which is $18 for the regular renewal plus the $80 late renewal fee.
Please reply back if you have submitted the payment so we can begin the recovery process. If we are unable to recover your domain your payment will be refunded. I went ahead and refunded the mapping upgrade.
If you do not wish to pay the $80 fee you may let the domain expiration process continue and attempt to register the domain again at the regular price once it has expired completely.
Please note that someone else may purchase the domain first, in which case you will be unable to register it again, but if you prefer this option just let us know and we’ll be happy to provide you further instructions.

Unfortunately the price difference is huge. So, I prefer to receive the refund.
Especially because my website has very few visits.
And I will choose another domain similar to the old domain. -
