What is not working? Are your referring to domain mapping that can take up to 72 hours to propagate throughout the internet after you follow all the instructions?
You must be logged in under the username account that purchased the upgrade to request cancellation or a refund. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. You can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard
