  I am not happy with how the website works. It is not simple like I was looking for. Can a refund be made as I did get stranded on my way back from vacation due to car trouble and was not able to call before the 30 days which just ended about 2 weeks ago. No changes happened on the site since. Any help with the refund would be appreciated. I am sure this would be a great site but its too complicated for what we were trying to do.
