I need a refund as I have decided to use a professional to help with my site design. I have followed the help in the support section but haven’t yet received the email with the link! Help, I can’t even find a phone number to ring! I want to get this sorted

What exactly do you need a refund with?
If you need a refund, you can get one directly through your dashboard, under Store > My Upgrades.

I’ve done that, 3 times now, I need a refund for my full premium business, I’ve only had it 12 hours and don’t want it anymore. I haven’t received any email with any link!

Did you check your spam folder as well as your Social and Promotions tab if you use Gmail?
Please also check if the email you have listed at
https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/users.php?page=grofiles-user-settings
is the correct one.I will tag this for staff so they can look into it. Please be patient as you wait for a response. Thanks!

It looks like we did send the refund. Depending on your credit card provider, it may take up to 10 days for you to see it on your statement.
