  thank you but when i try the option cancel and refund i get the message “Upgrade not cancelled and refunded. There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support” can you help me please? i want to cancel and have refund because i need only to buy a plugin for wordpress to create an ADS Classified site and i don’t need the whole bundle.
