Refund

I was contacting you guys in regards to getting a refund for the 79$ Amount i paid for an upgrade. I recently purchased a theme and just realized i cant upload it to wordpress.com and that i will need to look into wordpress.org. The automated system is only issuing 50$ due to my domain, but that was a completely separate expense.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

What happened is that when you bundled the Premium upgrade with your domain you had previously purchased, realdealstudio.me, it automatically paid for another year of domain registration. Your domain is now registered through June of 2016, but that’s $25 of value for your $79 upgrade.

I can’t remove the extra year of domain registration, but I can remove the Premium upgrade for you and offer a $54 refund. Even if you map that domain to a WordPress.org site, you’ll still need to keep the domain registered — you’ve basically just paid for that through 2016.

Let me know if you’d still like the Premium upgrade removed.

    Best,

This is the second time i had this issue, and last time i was refunded the full 79.99$ As well as i wasn’t told that my domain was being extended, rather that i was receiving a 25$ discount due to the fact i didn’t require your domain services. I assume the price of 99.99 would not have been discounted had i had my domain registration extended. And in my “billing” and “Domain” section i am reading that it is still only good to 2015.

    Howdy!

This situation is slightly different from what occurred in June. Due to a couple privacy details I’ve responded via the email associated with your WordPress.com account. If you’d please reply there we can continue to work this out.

    Best,
