REFUND

    Hi,
    I cannot get hold of customer service.
    I need a refund for this theme as I have now moved over to christianpatey.com and would like to move my theme there.
    Can anyone help? I am getting no-where.

    If you go to Store > My Upgrades you should be able to see your theme purchase there with a “cancel and refund” link underneath (if not it might be under Store > Premium Themes instead). Give that a try and let me know if you don’t have any luck.

    There is no option there to do that, it may have been more than 30 days since purchased I am not too sure. What else can I do?

    You can’t more a premium theme off WordPress.COM, they only run here. Sometimes you can find a similar theme

    All upgrades should be under
    Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades
    Dashboard >> Store >> Billing History

    Yes you only have 30 days to cancel a custom theme upgrade

    However christianpatey.com is crashed at this time

    How can I get a refund after the 30 days? I am new to all of this and didn’t realise I couldn’t have my own website when I bought the theme.

    Don’t know why christianpatey.com is now crashed – it’s setup under a temp free word press until I can get a refund and then re-purchase the same theme direct so I can use it.

    So incredibly frustrated.
    Is there anyway around this or have I just wasted $ on something I can’t use?

    I’m not sure if refunds are offered after 30 days but I will flag this for staff to have a look at and hopefully someone will get back to you.

    Hi there,

    I’m very sorry but this theme was purchased almost 90 days ago. We offer a no-questions-asked refund on almost all of our products within the first 30 days, but at 90 days we just aren’t able to.

    The theme designer may be able to offer you a discount for the same theme since you have already purchased the license from them previously. You should be able to contact them from their website where you were shopping for their theme.
