  I want to cancel my theme page & get a refund. Is the tab broken? What else can I do to get the refund?

  You can get a refund in your Dashboard at
  https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades/
  You need to be logged in to the correct account to see your upgrades.

  Is that link not working for you?

  Ive tried for 24 hours off & on to request a refund. The link is absolutely not working. How else can I request a refund?
