  I have billed for a theme upgrade for its4growth.wordpress.com site, even though my site has been inactive for over a year. I have tried to cancel the theme upgrade, but it doesn’t allow it. Please can you refund the Oct bill and cancel the theme upgrade – it’s no longer in use.

  Although its4growth.co.uk has been registered, it is not using WordPress.com nameservers.
  I did a whois search and also searched for the web host for that site. its4growth.co.uk is hosted by Secured Servers

  Please clarify exactly why you think you are being billed by WordPress.COM as the domain was not purchased via WordPress.COM and is not being web hosted by WordPress.COM.

  Please can you refund the Oct bill and cancel the theme upgrade – it’s no longer in use

  Note that a premium theme upgrade for any WordPress.COM blog is a one time purchase, and not an annually renewable upgrade.
