    I already own the domain rush-magazine.co.uk! I have been charged twice for something I have not asked for, and even if I did want it, I have received no receipt or sign of being charged other than the two lots of £70 deducted from my account! One on the 1st November and one on the 3rd. I have asked for none of this, I stupidly signed up to the free trial, I have successfully canceled one of them through the ‘My Upgrades’ page, but the other is telling me it’s too late to cancel as it’s been over 30 days, which is nonsense. Please cancel and refund all and any payments taken from my account as I have not authorised any of them!, Thanks.

    Hi there,

    That’s not a problem! I have cancelled and refunded your Premium bundle as well as the domain mapping for rush-magazine.co.uk. The £70 will be refunded back to your bank and should show up in your account in the next few days to couple of weeks depending on your bank and their refund policies.
