  I’ve received a charge from WPCHRG.com. I did not receive an email the day before giving me the opportunity to NOT have this charged to my card. I’ve also searched how to cancel this yearly charge and have not been able to find a possible way. I cannot get in touch with anyone and feel extremely taken advantage of. Please contact me.

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades and disable auto-renew there as well.

  Thanks for showing me where it is located. There is no refund option. I feel so manipulated right now. WordPress is the worst. I will NEVER use it to host a site. Thanks for stealing my $99, jerks.

  Right and are you logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade?

  If you aren’t then you won’t see the link.

  Please confirm exactly which blog URL starting with http:// you are referring to.

  Please confirm exactly which username account registered that blog URL.

  Please confirm exactly which username account purchase the $99 premium upgrade for that blog.

  Thanks. The option for a refund isn’t there. I’ve cancelled it for now and will wait to hear back from wordpress staff.

  The username that registered that blog and selected the 14 day trial is this one, jacquiesim
