Hi,
I would like to receive a refund for the WordPress.com Premium account that was created to build up my website. Unfortunately the person who was in charge for that disappeared so I had to find myself a new person that uses another host. Sorry for this.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there.
