I have disputed this charge with my financial institution and would like a response as soon as possible. I can understand with any legitimate business it may be difficult to respond to each request as timely as possible, but this transaction has been one of two that I have experienced. If no action is taken on this subject within 1 business day I will be forced to contact the Better Business Bureau as well as the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection agency. This website clearly states that a refund can be given within 7 business days and an option for a refund was not given to me upon my cancellation. I did not use this service at all because it was not useful to me. Thank you
