  Hello, I clicked on the botton cancel and refund from my upgrade extentions but no email arrived to me or any kind of sign that in fact the procedure started.

  Sorry for the trouble! I just canceled that upgrade for you and issued a full refund. (Please note it sometimes takes 1-2 weeks for refunds to appear on your bank statement.)
