  A recurring $99.00 was taken out of my account yesterday (12/15/14). I was unaware this was still active. I would like this canceled and a refund on this account please. Thank you.

  Hi there,

  I have voided the transaction so it should not go through. At most it should be a pending transaction. Since you used it to register a domain name, there are two ways we can proceed:

  1) I can cancel your domain name thirstprod.com. This means you will no longer be able to use thirstprod.com and it may be difficult or impossible for you to regain this domain name in the future.

  2) If you want to keep your domain name thirstprod.com I can issue you a manual payment request for the cost of your domain registration fee ($26). If you do this you will be able to keep using your domain name thirstprod.com, or you can transfer it to use with another service elsewhere.

  Thank you for the swift reply. Let’s go with option 1. The blog didn’t pan out as I hoped last year so moving on the bigger and better things. Please cancel the transaction and domain name. Thank you again. Happy Holidays.
