Billed twice for my premium account and would like a refund.

I’m only seeing one processed charge for WordPress.com Premium. Since it was an autorenewal, there is sort of an “approval” process before the actual charge is run through. Sometimes this can display in your bank as a charge when it is not. But it usually goes away once the real charge goes through. Can you take a look and double check that your bank is actually showing two charges?

I did some further investigating and it seems as though this second charge relates to another blog connected to mine that a colleague purchased.
