Refund $13 and Cancel Auto Pay

    I did not purchase anything from WordPress. Everything I did was supposed to be free. I was charged $13 and an automatic withdrawal was set up on my PayPal account. I want my #13 refunded and NO more automatic withdrawals.

    Hi @drmaryt, I don’t see any purchases on this account; is there a chance you have an older account under another email address? $13 sounds like a domain mapping upgrade, which we no longer offer, or like a site redirect.

    If you don’t know about another account, you can use the secure form at https://wpchrg.com to look up the payment and find out what it was for. You should be able to contact billing once you locate the payment, but if not, please let us know what the charge was for and we’ll go from there.
