Hello, I tried to cancel my account and domain renewal and it showed that I had done so. However I just logged on today and saw that it was not cancelled and the refund was not issued. I know that now I am out of the refund period but I was certain I had cancelled on December 7th, but it is not showing that. Is there anyone that can help?

It looks like you cancelled your Personal Plan on the 7th, and we issued a refund of $48 for that. But you didn’t cancel the domain, just disabled auto-renewal.
I’ve manually processed the refund for your domain now. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
