Hi, I was wondering if I could get a refund of cancellation the privacy upgrade of USD 26?
Also, I have found two standing orders of USD 26 from my billing history as below. Please could you confirm this is not repetitive?Thank you!

Hi there,
The refund for your domain’s privacy has already been issued (though it is for a bit less than $8 rather than $26. $26 is the full price of your domain and privacy is $8).
In regards to the two charges for $26, you’ll note those were a year apart. Your domain is renewed each year, so next year you’ll have another charge, this time for $18 (without the privacy).

Can I also check if the USD 18 is a one off payment or a yearly payment? If I wish to cancel my domain completely, does it mean no further charges will be incurred (ie USD 18?) thanks again. -
also, can I just check why was the payment taken one month before the anniversary of my initial payment? I would have thought the payment would be taken in March instead of February and that’s why I didn’t take any action re the payment. Is there any chance I can get the full amount refunded please? Many thanks.

The $18 is an annual charge which will be charged each year as long as you want to keep your domain. If you don’t want the domain any longer, you can disable automatic renewal and you will not be charged. Alternatively, you can contact us and we can cancel the domain for you.
All upgrades are renewed 30 days before expiration to prevent items from expiring should there be any issues with payment. We notify you when you first sign up for a product, though I know there is a lot of print that most people don’t read. This process is designed to make sure that your services are not interrupted. If your payment method had failed, we would have notified you and given you ample time to log in and manually renew your domain.
