  I would like a refund for all the sites on my account, bit the refund button won’t work for me.

  Hey there!

  I took a look at your account. It appears as if you were able to cancel your Premium upgrades for two sites. Both of these cancelations triggered $99 refunds for you. You should see those in your account soon.

  I’ve resent both your receipts for these transactions (via email).
