I canceled my wordpress on time. On jan 13 I was charged $99.00 and have not received a refund. I tried contacting WordPress a few times and no andwer.

I can help with this. Sorry for your inconvenience.
Before I cancel and refund the entire Premium upgrade ($99), I wanted to let you know that your custom domain name, yerbamateandme.com, is connected to the upgrade for yerbamateandme.wordpress.com. That means, if I cancel and refund the whole upgrade, your domain will be canceled as well.
Is that all right with you?
If you want to keep it, I can refund you $73 (which is $99 minus the domain registration/private registration cost of $26).
If you want to keep using your yerbamateandme.com domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can continue using the domain by connecting it to a site hosted with another provider:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/move-domain/
However, if you don’t want this domain at all, I can cancel and remove it from your account for you.
Before I do, you should know that when we cancel a domain, it can take up to several weeks to be released by our registrar.
**We can’t guarantee that you will ever be able to purchase yerbamateandme.com again once canceled, so please keep this in mind.**
Alternatively, you can keep it until it expires, and simply not renew it after that point. You’ll be given the option to renew or cancel the domain upon expiration.

hi. on jan 13 i was charged 99.00. Before the day I canceled my auto fee, after I have sent emails saying to refund me ( and canceled within time.PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY and do it fast. It has been almost two months.

Hi,Thanks for the response. I checked my credit card, pay pall and wells fargo ( the account my paypal is linked to ) and there never was a refund. Can you clarify where the refund went? I see the paper, but there is no money evidence on my side. Who do I contact?

The refund goes back to the same payment source you used to make the original purchase. If you could check that account, you should see both the payment and the refund.

Hi,Once again,
I checked the credit card it was linked to and see the 26.00 refund. I am still looking for the 99.00 refund. I have checked all my accounts ( banking, paypal and 2 credit cards) and do not see a refund for the 99.00.
Can you refund it again and send me a receipt to prove it ( and where it was refunded).
Also I would like to talk to or through email a manager or someone ASAP.Sorry, but it has been about 2 months and this is ridiculous.
