Refund

    I remember cancelling the upgraded membership before the trail ended. I am not sure why I’m still charged, and now it’s showing “Upgrade not cancelled and refunded. There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support.” I am asking for the full refund, so please help me with this. Thanks.
