  I followed the direction to get a refund and it did not work and now I am being told that it is to late to get my refund. Need help getting my refund.

  Refunds are time limited. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.   I followed the script on the same day that I got the domain name. when I went to check to see if it was refunded, i found out that it was not. I even set it to not renew. I assumed that it went through so I setup a new domain.

  Hi @ceeceeb,

  Happy to refund your domains for you. Just to confirm, you no longer want either femmenityorg.com or femmenityatl.org. Is that correct?

  Please note, once a domain is cancelled, it is sent back to the registrar. It will not be immediately available for you to register elsewhere. Also, someone else may register the domain meaning you would not be able to use it going forward.

  Please reply back to confirm the domains you wish to cancel and refund.

  Thanks for clarifying! I’ve cancelled that domain and refunded it. You should only see one domain here:
