  In Feb I bought domain mapping for mfsrc.co.uk which is fine. But I also mistakenly bought domain mapping for mfsrc.com for £9. I requested an immediate refund which I thought was OK but it has not yet been refunded. Are you able to tell me when or whether this refund will be made. thanks.

  I’ve refunded the transaction in question. Please keep in mind that it takes 1-2 weeks for the transaction to show up on your financial statement.
